The Arbuthnott Estate Cottages are situated on Arbuthnott Estate in North-East Scotland, some two hours north of Edinburgh, 30 minutes south of Aberdeen city (and airport) and 40 minutes north of Dundee. We are 2.5 miles from the coast and with easy access to Royal Deeside.  There is a good road network making it an ideal location from which to explore much of Scotland.

The self-catering holiday cottages have been part of our family business since 1996, when the Old School (dating back to around 1900) was converted into three separate, 3-bedroom houses. These are called "Sunset Song", "Cloud Howe" and "Grey Granite".
